What this covers
This policy covers this website. It does not cover the Marlo product itself, whose data handling is described in the deployment documentation and in the agreement covering your evaluation or deployment.
What we collect
If you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization, topic and message you entered. We use them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance measurement. Both are configured without cookies and without cross-site identifiers, so no consent banner is required and no profile of you is built.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not run advertising trackers or social pixels. We do not use your contact-form message to train models.
Processors
Contact form messages are delivered by our email provider and stored in our company mailbox. Site hosting and analytics are provided by Vercel. Each processes data on our instructions only.
Retention
Contact-form correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and then deleted. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email marlo@beautifulmajesticdolphin.com and we will action it. Security matters can go to security@beautifulmajesticdolphin.com.
